Today, lets go with something I'm almost sure everyone can relate to: Driving. Okay, at first, I thought driving was really hard and I was scared to get behind the wheel(Mind you, I am a young boy at this point). Then, when I got into racing games, I thought driving a car was the coolest thing to do. I had this state of mind until I took driving lessons, at which point, I found driving kind of cool, but the interest was fading. I guess one could consider this that "want" that all kids get, but when they get what they want, they're bored of it quickly. But driving alone is so much funner than being stuck with a parent or guardian during that lvl 1 license phase. So as I progressed through the affinity levels of driving, I discovered new things to like about it, and I also discovered that I could use this same method of discovery for other things as well. Since I found this "method", so to speak, I have been able to find the things I turned my back on years ago and find more things to like about them. I guess I could also consider this a form of nostalgia, like when you go back to an old video game and play it again and still enjoy it. NOSTAGLIA
