The correct way to go about studying is to review a section for 30 minutes or so, then take a quick break, and then come back and review the same thing again. Don’t study in your bed, because over your lifetime, you have inadvertently trained your brain to associate your bed with sleeping. So you may feel tempted to nap while studying or doing homework. There is an easy remedy, although. All you have to do is stop doing your homework in your bed, and do everything that isn’t sleep away from your bed. This will help you study more effectively.
